Rahul V. Singh - Chairman.

Mr. Singh joined the Company's Board and was appointed Chairman in November 2000. Rahul as Chairman & founder of Dhunn-Carr, a Boston based venture capital and asset Management Company focused on providing financing and strategic guidance to start-up companies within the United States and India. Rahul has worked on Wall Street for several years and has vast experience in international finance and corporate strategy. Prior to Dhunn-Carr he was Senior Vice President at Gerard, Klauer Mattison. Rahul is also a charter member of TiE in California and of TiE Atlantic in Boston. He holds a L.L.B. (law) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Manas Chatterjee - President & COO.

Manas co-founded DCOMX, Inc. with a vision to usher in a new era in supply chain risk management. In 1992 Manas established the global contract manufacturing operations for AIL. During his tenure, AIL grew rapidly to become the 26th largest contract manufacturing firm worldwide with customers like Dell Computer Corporation, IBM and Seagate. Manas was also the senior Vice President and head of Sales, Marketing & Operations for Mindteck (USA), Inc., a Global consulting and software development firm. Prior to Mindteck, Manas held various senior positions with a computer hardware and services firm with approximately 1800 employees worldwide. Manas at various points was responsible for sales, sales management, product development and product marketing of such brands as Brother Electronic Typewriters, PCL Computers, WordPerfect, Ingress, and Sun workstations. Manas brings with him extensive experience in managing global operations, logistics, market development, and sales. Manas has a long and successful record of accomplishments in translating ideas to successful businesses in the international and domestic arena. Manas received his B.A. in commerce (honors) from the University of Delhi.

Mamoud Sadre - Chief Product Architect.

Mamoud co-founded DCOMX INC and is the co-developer of DCOMX's risk management application tool. As Chief Product Architect, Mamoud oversees all product development. In 1980, Mamoud established Futura Trading, Inc. in Massachusetts. The company traded industrial commodities in energy, electrical, electronics, and computer sectors. Mamoud oversaw the joint development of the first electronic catalog for chips with General Electric Information Service (GEIS) in Boston. Mamoud earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Master of Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University. He completed the required coursework for PhD in Aerospace engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of New York, (formerly Brooklyn).
